How to reach the Randomly team with feedback, bug reports or ideas, and where to find instant answers.

2026-10-23

Randomly is a small, independent project. There is no support inbox and no account system — the tools need no accounts and everything runs in your browser — so the fastest answers are usually on the tool pages themselves.

Instant answers

Every generator has a FAQ section directly under the tool. It covers fairness, filters, copy behavior, repeats and format options in a few lines. The About page explains what Randomly is and how the random engine works.

Sending feedback

Bug reports, translation fixes and ideas for new generators are welcome. This page will list a direct email address and the project repository once the site is publicly launched; until then, the FAQ and About pages are the reference.

What to include

When you report something, name the tool, the language you were reading, the browser, and what you expected versus what happened. That is everything needed to reproduce it.
